King Realty Advisors worked with an investor to reposition a 30,000 SQ FT, seventy percent (70%) vacant, negative-cash-flowing asset during the Recession.  

In one year King Realty Advisors repositioned the upside down asset and achieved cash flow while managing the property and its anchor tenant's concerns (Lindenwood University).  King Realty Advisors managed all leasing, property management, construction management, permitting and planning at the property.
