King Realty Advisors worked with Hotworx corporate as well as the local franchisee to find a location that met strict criteria, including specific population, age, income, and traffic data. Additional unique requirements related to space accessibility, visibility, signage, and heavy power needs.
After encountering roadblocks pursuing multiple spaces throughout the region, we finally agreed to terms on the first location for this growing brand in the new-construction Element Hotel in Midtown St. Louis-- set to open in the second half of 2020.
Like with all of our clients, we worked tirelessly for more than 14 months to find the perfect space and could not be more excited to see this national credit boutique fitness brand continue it's expansion throughout St. Louis.
