King Realty Advisors represented both landlord and tenant in the lease and development of a microbrewery in downtown St. Louis:  Alpha Brewing Company at 1409 Washington AVE.  King Realty Advisors, with the invaluable help of a local architect, planned new storefronts behind commercial garage doors on the rear of 1409 Washington AVE to serve as the entrance and patio to Alpha Brewing Company.  The landlord's property had sat vacant for over a decade until the planning team worked with Alpha Brewing Company to reposition the space, which is located on a historic building's old loading dock near St. Louis's famed City Museum.  Alpha Brewing Company's brewmaster served as general contractor.  King Realty Advisors assisted in attaining construction bid proposals and AIA subcontracts for the landlord's portion of the build-out.  King Realty Advisors also helped Alpha Brewing Company select the architect and negotiate a win-win lease with the landlord.
